World Chimpanzee Day is an international annual event on 14 July, dedicated to the conservation and protection of the world's chimpanzees.
On February 28, 2019, the government of SIERRA LEONE granted the chimpanzee the status of “national animal”.
Chimpanzees are great apes (not monkeys) that are native to the continent of Africa. These amazing animals are found in the tropical forests and woodland of West and Central Africa. The chimpanzee is considered a close relative of humans. Their DNA is 98% - 99% human. They live in groups of 15 - 80 and 150. Everyone lives, travels, eats, sleeps in this group. Let's eat in small groups of 10 to 15. They get attacked at the age of five. The female chimpanzee gives birth to one or sometimes twins in five to six years. For six months, the baby chimpanzee clung to her mother's belly and later sat on her back until she was two years old. Chimpanzee females will teach their children from seven to ten years old how to eat, use the equipment, and build nests to sleep.
Cleanliness and removing dirt. Keep your skin clean. They make wood and stone tools for their food and hunting. When in danger, they fight together like humans. The voices go out and alert each other. Just like humans, talking to each other, laughing, playing, making different faces, hugs to show affection, are able to walk straight. The feelings of chimpanzees are like human happiness, anger, grief, sorrow, happiness, boredom, and depression. According to the environment, they remember which fruit and where they will get food. He does not wander for food in the world. Remembering the same path. Every year they come and go. Live around the river and am not able to swim due to the huge body size. After humans, chimpanzees are considered intelligent Buddhists.
